Tla’amin Accessible Housing | Tla'amin Nation
This project involves the design and construction of a new accessible two-storey residential building for the Tla’amin Nation. The development comprises 24 residential units, arranged as 12 stacked units over 12, and includes two unit types: one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Four units are designed to be fully accessible, with all remaining units planned to be readily adaptable to full accessibility standards. The building is designed without below-grade parking, relying instead on at-grade street parking. The total suspended wood-frame construction area is approximately 2,000 m2.
